Orderly dismantling saves time and money. Anything still in good condition is carefully disassembled and can be stored or re-erected elsewhere. Only what can no longer be used is disposed of.

Dismantling: what you
should know in advance.
Dismantling in the right order
First, electricity, water and waste water are disconnected, then walkways, stairs and connections are released. Only then do we lift the containers one by one onto the lorry by crane. This keeps reusable containers undamaged.
Disposal in line with regulations
Containers consist mainly of steel, insulation, wood-based materials and windows. These materials are separated and recycled. Care is needed with older facilities: mineral wool that cannot be confirmed as manufactured after the year 2000 counts as hazardous waste and must be packed dust-tight and disposed of separately.
Storage instead of disposal
If the containers will be needed again later, we store them on request. This is particularly worthwhile for well-preserved facilities that are to be re-erected at a new location.
Site cleared
After removal, usually only foundations and utility connections remain. Whether these stay or are removed is for you to agree with the owner of the land. We plan the sequence so that the site is clear by the scheduled date.
