Container conversion: what you
should know in advance.
Extend or reconfigure
Containers can be added alongside or stacked on top, partition walls can be moved and individual modules removed. Whether this is possible for your facility depends on the manufacturer’s system, the structural design and the condition of the containers.
Inspecting the existing facility
Before the conversion we inspect the facility: condition of the containers, connections, roof and floors, foundations and utility connections. This way you know in advance what makes technical sense and where repairs will be needed.
Electrics and air conditioning
Conversions often change circuits and cable routes. On request we inspect the electrical installation and repair the air conditioning, so that the facility is safe and ready for use after the conversion.
Permits for changes
If the facility is enlarged, gains a storey or is used differently, a new or amended permit may be required. Clarify this with the building authority before the conversion begins.

Do you also convert individual office containers?
Yes. Whether a single office container or an entire facility: we inspect what is there and tell you which conversion makes technical sense.
Do you also inspect the electrics?
Yes, on request we inspect the electrical installation as part of the conversion.
Do you repair air conditioning in containers?
Yes, repair of the air conditioning can be included in the conversion on request.
